Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests as assigned by manager.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
  • Following any additional instructions from management/superior when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a UAE national.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; fluency in English is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,000 - AED3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
