Customer Service Agent ( Logistics Company)

Job Responsibilities

1. Schedule outbound and inbound shipments.
2. Provide input and complete freight bills.
3. Assist with the communications with carriers when issues arise.
4. Make recommendations with regard to transportation, routing, carrier selection and assist to meet customer requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Minimum 5 years working as Customer Service Agent in Logistics / Transportation / Warehousing / Courier industry
3. With advanced Excel skills, fast learner, and team player.
