Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone or email.
Answer questions regarding services and general queries.
Effectively use CRM systems to manage and resolve customer issues in compliance with the organization's standards.
Assist the Assistant Manager in implementing process improvements.
Take ownership of your designated responsibilities and ensure timely reporting of issues.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while collaborating with all departments.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar customer service position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
Strong computer literacy and CRM proficiency.
Ability to remain calm and multitask under pressure.
A positive, keen attitude with a passion for customer service and problem-solving.
