Job description

Responsibilities include answering customer calls, emails, and chats, implementing initiatives, and providing professional customer service.

To maintain and enhance the company image, provide customer suggestions to the Supervisor with prudence.

  1. Ensure customers are provided with the right information.
  2. Research required information using available resources, including "Knowledge Management" in Sales Force.
  3. Provide one-reply resolution to all customers whenever possible.
  4. Capture each customer interaction in the system.
  5. Ensure high-level customer service.
  6. Follow up on complicated customer emails/chats where required.
  7. Take ownership of each call/email/chat.
  8. Enhance revenue by providing sales assistance through basic, cross-selling, and up-selling techniques.
  9. Update product knowledge and interactive Voice Response (IVR).
  10. Support the Customer Hub Operation team.
  11. Work effectively within the team and contribute to a healthy team-oriented environment.
  12. Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
  13. Work shifts assigned by the line manager based on business needs.
