Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Buzzin. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and driving customer success through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, handling diverse accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Oversee the successful onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
3. Provide comprehensive training to customers on Buzzin products and services.
4. Handle invoicing, renewals, and promptly address customer inquiries.
5. Identify and resolve customer concerns, including managing challenging situations with angry clients.
6. Upsell additional Buzzin products by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
7. Deliver basic technical support and liaise with internal teams to address customer and sales requirements effectively.
8. Collaborate with key team members to ensure smooth operations and support delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Proven experience managing accounts and maintaining client satisfaction.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations tactfully.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing invoicing and renewals.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
