One of the leading investment and real estate development firms requires a Customer Relationship Manager. Minimum 7 years of experience in a result-driven service industry, ideally from property, development, or FM background. Strong experience working within a customer service environment is essential. Experience of working against set targets, service levels, and quality levels is required.
