Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively engage with clients via phone calls to encourage active trading and address any issues or concerns.
  2. Achieve daily targets for funding through proactive communication and relationship-building efforts.
  3. Collaborate with the team to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  5. Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and competitor activities to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
  6. Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company, including funding targets and client retention goals.
  7. Provide feedback to the management team on client needs, preferences, and market trends to inform business decisions and strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in a stock market broking or advisory firm or any Telesales.
  2. Excellent knowledge of the stock market, trading account processes, and financial products.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  4. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and earn incentives.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  7. Applicant must have their own Visa (Preferable).
