Customer Relationship Management Specialist

What You’ll Do?

1. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and manage lead tracking.
2. Oversee the customer delivery process to ensure a smooth experience.
3. Support aftersales service tracking, including products and pricing.
4. Assist the marketing team with various tasks, including event support, social media content creation, and managing demo cars for influencers and media.
5. Ensure accurate data entry and monitor lead activity in the CRM system.
6. Track customer complaints, collaborate with sales and aftersales teams for resolution, and analyze recurring issues.
7. Maintain showroom compliance with corporate identity (CI) guidelines.
8. Manage marketing collateral, PR/LPO support, and the aftersales product and pricing calculator.

Who You Are?

1. A graduate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership.
2. Skilled in market research, data analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
5. A strategic thinker, capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.
6. A team player who collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, and vendors.
