Customer Relation Executive (Oqood system)

Job Responsibilities:

• Register the units on Oqood system in DLD (Dubai Land Department).
• Complete and submit all required paperwork for the conveyance process accurately and within designated timelines.
• Prepare NOCs and perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the organization to support the conveyancing process.
• Verification of buyer information like passports, EIDs, or any other document relevant to buying the property in Dubai.
• Verification of buyer's home country address on Oracle as these are required on the purchase contracts.
• Buyer profiling on the system, input of correct data, and verification.
• Translation of buyer information to Arabic on Oracle.
• Coordinating between sales customer service dept to complete the sale process related to documentation.
• Coordinating with Digital-Hub for updating information or documents.
• Payment plan revision authority on Oracle.
• Coordinating with clients in case of verification of information or documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience as administrator with any developer in Dubai.
• Hands-on experience using Oqood system.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and real estate software (e.g., CRM systems).
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.
