Customer Fulfilment Solutions Specialist

Join Veolia WTS's dynamic Customer Fulfilment Team within our Global Supply Chain Operations where you'll play a crucial role in managing customer relationships across diverse industries including food and beverages, power, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a multicultural team handling end-to-end order lifecycle management while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
What are the Day-to-Day Duties:
- Process and manage orders through SAP system
- Handle contract creation, renewal, and termination processes
- Coordinate export orders with shipping plants
- Manage bank submissions for LC & CAD payment terms
- Drive revenue target achievement through linear contract billing
- Resolve customer invoice disputes and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain customer data accuracy in ERP systems
- Handle special queries and urgent requests with professional communication

Qualifications:
- English and Turkish language proficiency
- Relevant professional experience
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
- Good problem-solving capability
- Customer Fulfillment attitude with ownership of any kind of queries
- Logical thinking, analytical mindset, and reporting skills
- Proficient IT skills including Google Sheets and Gmail
- Solid SAP knowledge and experience as a user
- Salesforce experience
- Experience in customer fulfillment/order management
- Additional relevant foreign language knowledge
- Lean/Six Sigma or other relevant experience
