Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain corporate relationships to position our brands favorably in the UAE market and other markets where GCS is present.
  2. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement campaigns and promotions that enhance the customer experience.
  3. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure a unified approach to customer experience across all touchpoints.
  4. Work with operations, marketing, and other relevant departments to align customer experience initiatives with overall business goals.
  5. Prepare reports and conduct detailed analysis of customer experience metrics.
  6. Use data-driven insights to inform and drive decision-making processes.
