Customer Experience Manager
Job description
Oversee customer experience for Keeta Drone in the Middle East region, including user relationship management and user needs analysis.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
Communicate effectively with users to resolve issues and complaints, and provide timely feedback on user opinions and suggestions.
Monitor user behavior and market trends, analyze user needs, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and product refinement.
Assist the team in completing other related tasks.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience management or related fields.
- Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with users.
- Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate resources and achieve team goals.
- Familiarity with the Middle East market and user needs is highly desirable.
