We're looking for a Customer Experience Manager with a knack for gathering client insights and refining integration processes between agents and customers in real estate. If you're analytical, results-driven, and ready to elevate our client journey, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Feedback Management: Collect and evaluate feedback from clients regarding their experience with our agents, integrations, and overall service quality.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain feedback metrics, turning raw data into actionable insights and statistical reports for key stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer touchpoints, streamline integrations, and implement new initiatives based on feedback findings.
  • Agent Support: Provide agents with structured feedback, best practices, and training resources to ensure top-tier customer interaction.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences, using this knowledge to adapt and optimize our service.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years in customer experience, client relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in real estate or client-facing environments.
  • Data Proficiency: Strong background in data collection, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify key issues through feedback and propose effective, scalable solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and customer feedback platforms; experience with integrations in real estate is a big plus.
  • Collaborative Attitude: Comfortable working in cross-departmental teams, providing clear direction, and driving results.
