Customer Experience Manager
Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer experience for Keeta Drone in the Middle East region, including user relationship management and user needs analysis.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with users to resolve issues and complaints, and provide timely feedback on user opinions and suggestions.
- Monitor user behavior and market trends, analyze user needs, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and product refinement.
- Assist the team in completing other related tasks.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience management or related fields.
- Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with users.
- Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate resources and achieve team goals.
- Familiarity with the Middle East market and user needs is highly desirable.
