We are supporting a dynamic financial services firm undergoing a digital transformation, hiring a CX Manager to drive personalized, high-impact marketing campaigns.
You will be:
Designing and executing targeted email, SMS, and push notification campaigns to engage traders and enhance customer experiences.
Building and managing email communication programs, optimizing customer journeys, and driving performance through A/B testing.
Collaborating with internal teams to leverage data, segmentation, and automation for impactful marketing initiatives.
Acting as the go-to expert for CRM and email marketing, ensuring best practices and innovation in digital engagement.
Supporting internal communications by creating engaging and on-brand email templates.
You will need:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or email marketing (experience with financial services or trading is a plus).
Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and AMPscript.
Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS for email design and optimization.
Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven marketing and customer engagement strategies.
Experience in the MENA region or Arabic language skills is a plus.
