Customer Care Representative - 6 Months Contract

About The Role

Being a part of a fast-growing international team that serves the needs of global distributors regarding order fulfillment, invoicing, and shipping of products. Manage order handling, product allocation, shipments creation, providing proper updates, and exceptional customer experience.

Your Responsibilities Include

1. Manage Order-to-Cash for assigned global distributors; Process orders and organize shipments including requesting export documentation to deliver required products in time.
2. Ensure all shipments meet customer requirements regarding documentation, packaging, and transportation while meeting the forwarder cut-off times.
3. Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners, like the commercial, operations, planning, and finance team. Support regional sales force and Business Unit Managers.
4. Act as spider in the web, taking necessary action in close collaboration with different departments globally in order to secure smooth order processing and provide excellent customer service.
5. Contribute to continuously improving the service to customers and driving customer satisfaction.
6. Address specific customer requests and inquiries and liaise with internal stakeholders as needed.
7. Communicate effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders to keep them informed of the status of the process and orders.
8. Maintain a correct and updated administration.
9. Act as a team member in support of department objectives.
10. Process Product complaints and Service Incidents.
11. Ensure compliance with the applicable procedures, local legislation, and OFAC/BIS licenses when applicable.

Must Have

What we are looking for:

1. Education level: Bachelor (MBO+/HBO)
2. Customer Centric mindset
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Multiyear experience in the area of Customer Service and Order-to-Cash process.
5. Experience with SAP and Excel.

Nice To Have

1. Experience in handling Letter of Credit requirements.
2. Experience in export services and logistics.
3. Experience with Salesforce.com/Service Cloud.
4. Experience in MedTech industry.
