Role

Support sales by managing leads and providing customer updates.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with sales for lead information and follow-up.
  2. Enter and manage lead data in CRM (training provided).
  3. Provide timely updates to internal teams.
  4. Draw reports after the training.
  5. Any other data input needs that may be there for the organization and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  1. Less than 1 year of customer service or related experience.
  2. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  3. Basic computer proficiency.
  4. Eagerness to learn.
