Working within the customer care team handling incoming enquiries through Call, Emails & WhatsApp.
Create relationships with existing customers through high service level.
Scheduling jobs through the CRM system.
Creating access passes for technical teams.
Handling escalations and working to resolve these with the Engineer team.
Collecting payments.
3 years minimum experience within a technical service/Maintenance company.
Has good experience of Dubai Locations.
Basic HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical understanding.
High level of English and customer service.
