Customer Care Coordinator - Logistics

Looking for a person with a logistics background, having knowledge and experience in sea shipments, documentation: bill of lading, packing list, etc., and most importantly, the ability to work with Letters of Credit (LCs). Please advise if you can help with this recruitment. Below is a quick summary of responsibilities:

  1. Main responsibilities and tasks:
    1. Perform export administration tasks
    2. Prepare proforma invoices for customers
    3. Prepare shipping instructions and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and inspection companies
    4. Prepare shipping/export documents (BL, Commercial invoice, COO, Packing list, Cargo tracking notes…) to ensure customers’ clearance of goods at the destination
    5. Provide continuous communication to the customers & orders follow-up with the suppliers, shipping lines, and banks
    6. Update and follow-up third parties' invoices’ settlement
    7. Follow-up potential customers’ claims
    8. Comply with Internal KPI and back up process
  2. Candidate’s Profile:
    • Previous experience in international trade and/or logistics is a must
    • Knowledge of LC is compulsory with knowledge of ISBP and UCP
