Customer Care and Handover Executive (Real Estate)
Responsibilities:
- Support customer care team in managing the handover of residential and commercial units.
- Involve in direct interaction with customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the handover process.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, supporting the Customer Care and Handover Manager in responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Provide clients with updates on property status, handover timelines, and any necessary documentation.
- Assist in resolving minor issues or escalate complex cases to the Customer Care and Handover Manager.
- Assist in organizing and conducting property handovers, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Support the manager in conducting pre-handover inspections and coordinating any necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Provide clients with a basic orientation of their new property, including information on utilities, amenities, and services.
- Maintain and organize client records, handover documents, and communication logs.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for the Customer Care and Handover Manager.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the Customer Care and Handover Manager to coordinate with the sales, construction, and legal teams.
- Assist in liaising with third-party service providers to fulfill client requests related to the handover process.
- Assist in conducting client satisfaction surveys post-handover.
- Help identify areas for improvement in the handover process and contribute to implementing enhancements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, property management, or a related role (experience in real estate is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive approach with a strong customer-service orientation.
