Job description
Assist in the handover process, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
Provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding their units and the handover process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure units are ready for handover.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with relevant information.
Support the Customer Care and Handover Manager in resolving any issues that arise during the handover.
Assist in preparing and delivering handover documentation to customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a customer care role, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to solving problems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
