Job description
  • Assist in the handover process, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding their units and the handover process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure units are ready for handover.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with relevant information.
  • Support the Customer Care and Handover Manager in resolving any issues that arise during the handover.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering handover documentation to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a customer care role, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
