What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will enjoy managing all aspects of the Culinary administration operation, ensuring that all areas adhere to Dorchester Collection values and enabling the hotel to achieve the highest levels of standards and service to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You’ll work in collaboration with the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Executive Pastry Chef, Hygiene Manager and Chief Steward in day to day administration coordination, communication channels across all areas of the Culinary and F&B departments as well as the key focus of supporting the communication of information relating to all F&B functions across the hotel.
• You will thrive in a well-organized and fun Culinary Department.

What you'll bring

• You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
• You’ll have the ability to multitask with efficient time management skills.
• You’ll have a talent for organizational skills, computer literacy and excellent attention to detail
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
• You will have 2-3 years extensive experience as a Culinary Coordinator in a 5-star establishment.
