Crusher Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Define team goals aligned with department objectives.
• Prepare and manage operating/capital budgets for crushers, stackers, and reclaimers.
• Coach and motivate staff; ensure optimal utilization and performance.
• Supervise crusher operations, ensuring equipment calibration and production accuracy.
• Meet limestone production targets; coordinate heavy equipment needs with Supply Chain.
• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Handle SAP/GP system processes related to operations.
• Submit daily reports on breakdowns and stoppages; review production reports and suggest improvements.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in work areas.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: High School Diploma or Graduate (Technical training preferred).
• Experience: 5–8 years in quarry/crusher operations; cement plant background preferred.
