We are looking for a CRM Specialist/Data Analyst to manage lead data, generate reports, and optimize lead distribution processes. You will bridge data analysis with effective lead management to enhance sales performance and improve business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Log and track leads from various channels in CRM (Salesforce) and automate lead assignment to agents.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate automated reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Power BI to track sales and project performance.
Excel Proficiency: Use advanced Excel for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
Lead Scoring: Implement AI tools for lead scoring and categorization to prioritize high-value leads.
Client Engagement Analysis: Analyze customer behavior across platforms (e.g., Telegram) to improve engagement and conversions.
Process Improvement: Standardize data entry and improve lead management processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Data Analytics or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in CRM data analysis or lead management, preferably in real estate.
Skills: Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel. Knowledge of AI tools for lead scoring is a plus.
Communication: Ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
