We're Hiring: CRM Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics 365) Remote Position!

Are you an expert in CRM system integrations, with a passion for driving efficiency and enhancing business processes? We're looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Integration Specialist to join our team in a fully remote role!

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM System Integration: Design, develop, and implement seamless integrations between CRM platforms (like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and other enterprise systems for smooth data flow and process automation.
2. Customization & Configuration: Tailor CRM solutions to the organization's needs from modifying fields to creating custom entities, workflows, and reports.
3. Data Migration & Management: Oversee data migration from legacy systems to CRM, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units and IT teams to gather requirements, offer support, and align CRM integrations with organizational goals.
5. Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize CRM integrations for better performance, scalability, and business alignment.

Required Skills

1. Expertise in CRM integrations (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.)
2. Strong experience in CRM customization and configuration
3. Proven experience in data migration and management
4. Excellent stakeholder collaboration and support skills
5. Problem-solving and optimization expertise
