About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven CRM Manager (Russian Speaker) to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive retention, and maximize lifetime value. This role requires fluency in Russian and English, along with expertise in CRM tools, customer segmentation, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
2. Manage customer lifecycle campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty programs.
3. Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
3. Experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
4. Knowledge of email marketing best practices and automation strategies.
5. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
