Job Purpose

The CRM Manager is responsible for developing and managing the company’s customer relationship management strategies to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. This role involves overseeing CRM systems, analyzing customer data, and implementing targeted campaigns that enhance the overall customer journey. The CRM Manager will play a critical role in driving repeat business, building long-term customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth at ARTC.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Create and manage customer segmentation models to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Identify and address gaps in the customer lifecycle to enhance customer retention.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM tools and software.
  • Ensure the CRM system is fully utilized to capture and analyze customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot and upgrade CRM systems.
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities.
  • Generate actionable insights and reports for senior management to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and loyalty programs.
  • Track the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and optimize based on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Work closely with sales, after-sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
  • Ensure the proper execution and management of all CRM actions across all facilities and customer touchpoints to maintain consistency and enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee the integration, functionality, and optimization of the Dealer Management System (DMS) to ensure accurate and efficient data management across all operations.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the DMS is effectively utilized for tracking customer interactions, sales processes, and aftersales services, driving data-driven decision-making and improved performance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) are preferred.

Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
  • Proven experience in managing CRM systems and executing data-driven campaigns.
