CRM Manager - 6 months contract

Key Responsibilities

• Be the point person for CRM updates, maintenance, and user feedback.
• Identify and implement improvements aligned with Malakut's objectives for Monday.com.
• Monitor CRM usage and create reports for leadership to track ROI.
• Collaborate with department heads to tailor CRM workflows to their needs.

Minimum Requirements

CRM Management

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Monday.com or similar.
• Knowledge of CRM workflows, automation, and reporting tools.

Data Management

• Strong analytical skills to manage and organize data effectively.
• Experience in data quality control and compliance (e.g., GDPR for client data).

Automation and Integration

• Ability to design and implement process automations.
• Familiarity with integrations between CRM and other tools (e.g., email, accounting software).

User Support and Training

• Capability to train teams, troubleshoot issues, and promote best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with users across departments.

Project Management

• Experience in project management or working with agile methodologies.
• Ability to plan CRM-related upgrades, monitor KPIs, and drive adoption.

Sales/Customer Experience Knowledge (optional but helpful)

• Understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
• Awareness of how CRM impacts customer journey optimization.

Ideal Background

• Previous experience as a CRM Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
• Familiarity with the insurance or B2B sectors.
• Technical understanding (e.g., basic scripting or API knowledge for integrations).
