Job description

Job Title: CRM Executive and Collection Executive

Position Overview

We seek a skilled and highly organized CRM and Collection Executive to support our real estate operations in Dubai. This dual-role position will involve managing client relationships through our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, and handling collection tasks for the company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in real estate administration, and capable of efficiently and professionally managing both CRM activities and collections.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. CRM Management: Oversee and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring that all client data is accurately recorded, updated, and easily accessible for the sales team.
  2. Client Interaction: Serve as the point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on client interactions, lead tracking, and sales performance. Present insights to the sales team to optimize performance.
  4. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all client-related documentation is properly prepared, reviewed, and compliant with RERA regulations and company policies.
  5. Sales Support: Assist in coordinating client meetings, property viewings, and other sales-related activities. Provide administrative support to help close deals and maintain smooth transactions.
  6. Collection Management: Manage and monitor outstanding payments from clients. Follow up on overdue accounts, ensure timely payments, and coordinate with the finance team for accurate records.
  7. Debt Recovery: Work with clients to resolve any payment issues, negotiate payment terms if needed, and initiate collection procedures in cases of overdue accounts.
  8. Late Payment Charges: Ensure that late payment charges are correctly applied as per company policy. Communicate these charges to clients, provide explanations when required, and enforce penalties on overdue accounts when necessary.
  9. Database Management: Maintain and update client databases and sales records with precision, ensuring all details are current and compliant with legal and internal policies.
  10. Client Portfolio Management: Handle VIP client portfolios with a high level of professionalism and attention, ensuring personalized service and relationship management.

Requirements and Skills

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRM-focused role, ideally within the UAE real estate market.
  2. Strong proficiency in CRM software and systems management (real estate-specific CRM experience is a plus).
  3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  7. Familiarity with OQOD, Mullak systems, and other real estate-related platforms is a plus.
  8. Experience in Sales Force software.
