Job description

Reporting to the Client Engagement & Digital executive, the intern will be responsible for: CRM & Clienteling.

She/he will support the Client Engagement & Digital Executive and the 3 businesses counterpart on the implementation of the clienteling actions.

  1. Support the operational execution of Clienteling activation (emailers, digital cards, print cards, brochures…)
  2. Support the adoption of retail clienteling tools and liaise with HQ (Paris) for bug fixes and improvements.
  3. Accompany the deployment of new features on the clienteling tool.
  4. Provide monthly KPIs on clienteling actions, clients listings, report and various ROI calculations for all networks.

DATA MANAGEMENT

  1. Contribute to database growth and enrichment by looking at the accuracy & quality of the data, reporting duplicate profiles, establishing dashboards to follow up data capture/corrections.
  2. Reconcile & link data from different databases to provide insights on clients of our various networks.

CLIENT INSIGHTS

  1. Support on specific analysis linked to client database and profiles.
  2. Ability to present data in a visual way such as using Power BI output.

Profile:

You have a master's degree (business school, university master…) and have a first experience in data marketing and CRM with an analytical background.

You are tech-savvy, highly mastering Excel (advanced pivot, index, match, vlookup), familiar with Power BI while understanding client needs and behaviors.

Your communication skills are one of your strengths as it will be key for you to understand internal partners' needs & challenges from retail and office.

You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a “can do” mindset which allows you to overcome challenges and find solutions.

You are proactive, dynamic with a capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment.

English is a must; Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.

Internship based in Dubai – 6 months.
