Reporting to the Client Engagement & Digital executive, the intern will be responsible for: CRM & Clienteling.
She/he will support the Client Engagement & Digital Executive and the 3 businesses counterparts on the implementation of the clienteling actions.
You have a master’s degree (business school, university master…) and have a first experience in data marketing and CRM with an analytical background.
You are tech-savvy, highly proficient in Excel (advanced pivot, index, match, VLOOKUP), familiar with Power BI, and understand client needs and behaviors.
Your communication skills are one of your strengths, as they will be key for you to understand internal partners' needs & challenges from retail and office.
You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a “can do” mindset, allowing you to overcome challenges and find solutions.
You are proactive, dynamic, and capable of adapting to a fast-moving environment.
English is a must; Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.
Internship based in Dubai – 6 months.
