Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a CRM and Listing Coordinator. As a CRM and Listing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing and organizing customer relationship management systems
  2. Maintaining and updating property listings
  3. Coordinating property showings and open houses
  4. Supporting the real estate agents with administrative tasks

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or real estate administration
  • Having experience working with 'Property Finder' Portal
  • Proficiency in CRM software and listing management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages is a plus
