Job description

Ensure that all required documentation (Finance, Collateral & Source) have been obtained against each credit approval
Ensure that all documents obtained in line with Shariah principles are related to financing
Ensure that all documents have been reviewed and found in order
Ensure all documentation control methodologies implemented with post-monitoring requirements related to facility release are being implemented
Ensure that all parameters related to limit updating are adhered to and/or instructions are provided to the relevant Operational Unit
Ensure that all regulatory data requirements are keyed into core platforms of the Bank
Ensure that monitoring reports related to credit administration are provided on time to the management
Ensure that all procedures are aligning with the Bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines
Ensure that RCSA related to Credit Administration activities are updated
