Monitor and review customer credit limits, ensuring appropriate risk assessment is conducted and credit terms are adhered to.
Investigate and resolve customer queries and disputes relating to invoicing and payments, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for both the customer and the company.
Monitor and report on aged debtors, taking appropriate action to minimize bad debts and improve cash flow.
Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the department.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact details, credit terms, and payment history.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Fluency in English (additional languages may be a plus) and strong written and verbal communication skills.
