Credit Control Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a Credit Control Officer to join our Finance and Accounts department at GAC Sharjah & Ras Al Khaimah.

Duties

As a Credit Control Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Duties will include:

1. Monitoring and chasing overdue invoices
2. Negotiating payment terms with clients
3. Preparing reports on debtors and collections
4. Working closely with internal teams to resolve payment issues

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit control or a related field
2. Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
