Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and storylines for video and photo projects aligned with client and company objectives.
• Design mood boards, shot lists, and production plans to bring ideas to life.
• Scope project requirements, including budget estimation, resource planning, and timelines.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and freelance talent to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee all phases of the creative production process, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine briefs and set clear expectations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in media production and creative storytelling.
• Manage shoots on site whenever required.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in media production.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing suppliers and stakeholders.
• A sharp eye for detail and a knack for turning ideas into visually stunning realities.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial planning for creative projects.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing briefs and feedback loops.
• Scriptwriting and basic moodboard/shotlist design.
• Sourcing references and examples of relevant content.
• A strong visual aesthetic and a passion for storytelling.
