Creative Media Specialist
Job description
Please treat this as the JD. The key responsibilities would be the following:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute creative social media content strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content, think memes, stories, reels, and everything in between
- Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies to grow followers and boost audience interaction
Video Editing:
- Edit and optimize short-form and long-form video content for social media
- Stay updated with the latest editing styles, trends, and formats that fit each platform.
Graphic Design:
- Design visual assets for events, banners, booths, infographics, and other marketing collateral
- Maintain brand consistency while injecting creativity that grabs attention
- Collaborate with other creative team members to brainstorm and deliver visual content.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience (at least 2 years)
- Strong video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar AI-based tools
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Capcut, etc.)
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Ability to create dynamic, visually appealing content in line with audience interest
- Creative, proactive, and a team player.
