Job Summary: As the Creative Media Designer, you will take the lead in creating captivating visual content and multimedia assets that bring Malaak's mission to life. From designing impactful social media campaigns to producing stunning visuals for events, print materials, and digital platforms, your work will shape how families experience and connect with our brand. Key Responsibilities:

Design Creative Content

1. Develop visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, marketing materials, websites, and events.
2. Design and execute multimedia campaigns that reflect the heart of Malaak's mission and resonate with families.

Multimedia Production

1. Plan, shoot, and edit videos that showcase Malaak's services and tell the stories of the families we support.
2. Create compelling animations, reels, and video clips for social media and digital platforms.

Brand Alignment

1. Ensure all visual content aligns with Malaak's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and professionalism across platforms.
2. Develop creative concepts that highlight the transformative impact of Malaak's services on families.

Digital Content Optimization

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging content that drives audience engagement and brand awareness.
2. Experiment with design trends and media formats to keep Malaak's content fresh and innovative.

Collaboration & Support

1. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on creative strategies and campaigns.
2. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and share ideas that enhance Malaak's digital presence.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or any related field.
2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in creative design and media production.
3. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and video editing software.
4. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and multimedia projects, including social media content and videos.
5. Exceptional design aesthetics and an eye for quality, ensuring all content is polished and professional.
6. Ability to create content that engages and inspires while meeting strategic goals for audience growth and engagement.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
