Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Creative Designer to lead our creative team and drive the design vision across all projects. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with a proven track record in delivering innovative design solutions that align with brand identity and business goals. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and design expertise to ensure the highest quality output across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire the creative team, ensuring the development of fresh, innovative design concepts across all projects.
Design Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, define creative direction, and establish design strategies that support brand identity and marketing goals.
Project Management: Oversee all stages of the design process, from concept to final execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs align with the brand's visual identity, maintaining consistency across various platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.).
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated creative solutions.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the creative team’s work.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Proven experience (7+ years) in a creative design role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, including branding, UI/UX, and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
