Our client is searching for a Head of Creative, responsible for shaping and driving the creative direction of their luxury events, from conceptualisation to execution.
You will lead a small creation team and collaborate closely with clients, the leadership team, and production staff to deliver events that reflect the unique vision and values of each of the agency's clients.
You will play a pivotal role in developing compelling creative pitch presentations and helping to secure new business.
Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership: Lead and oversee the creative vision for all luxury events, ensuring that each concept is elevated and tailored to the specific preferences and requirements of the client.
Pitch Development & Strategy: Lead the creative input for pitches, crafting compelling, unique, and innovative event concepts that capture the essence of the event vision and demonstrate the agency's creativity and expertise. Ensure delivery of all assets within the given timeframe.
Client Presentation: Present the creative concept and the storytelling behind the proposal during client meetings.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the creative team, guiding them through the process of developing creative assets and event concepts. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Event Conceptualisation: Develop highly detailed event concepts, from visual themes to mood boards, 3D renderings, floor-plans, and design mockups. Be involved in the creative execution, ensuring the vision is maintained throughout the process.
Luxury Design & Execution: Ensure the highest quality in all creative deliverables, from design and decor to the smallest details. Your focus will be on luxury aesthetics, custom design elements, and flawless execution.
Innovation & Trendsetting: Stay on top of global trends in luxury design, art, technology, and events. Incorporate the latest innovations into your creative concepts.
Market Specific: Create concepts that are adapted to the region, using local artists and cultural codes.
Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with the internal teams and, if necessary, external resources to ensure seamless delivery of creative elements. Support the team in ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly on-site.
Brand Representation: Represent the agency's brand and aesthetic in all client-facing communications, ensuring that each event embodies the agency's luxury ethos.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in Luxury Events Creative Management.
Expertise in 3D software, CAD, Adobe Suite.
Knowledge of & experience in the GCC market is a plus.
