Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

• Develop and present design concepts that align with client needs and project objectives.
• Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Select and source materials, furnishings, and finishes that enhance the overall design vision.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Bring fresh, out-of-the-box creative ideas and inputs to every project, pushing the boundaries of conventional design.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to projects.
• Prepare project documentation and specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Max, Video Editing and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design solutions.

• Graphic designer: 3 years (Preferred)
