Creative Excellence Project Manager

Awards

1. Responsible for leading management of case study entries and approach to award shows from creation of video case study through to written submissions, working closely with respective creative teams to submit entries.
2. Creates and manages awards calendar and budget for relevant agencies.
3. Has deep knowledge of performance at awards shows and can provide a thorough analysis of performance cross-industry.
4. Responsible for keeping rankings and performance of agencies at award shows.
5. A close partner of CCOs to manage their correspondence with award festivals and presence at each show.
6. Point person across MCN for key award show bodies and passionate about building close relationships with industry festivals.
7. Responsible for pitching jurors for award festivals, working closely with PR Managers.
8. Tracks all entries and wins with a clear cascade of information to key internal stakeholders.
9. Responsible for streamlining attendance at festivals dependent on wins, clients, etc.

Clients

1. Partners closely with Chief Creative Officers to facilitate creative ideas into campaigns.
2. Works closely with CCOs and account teams to ensure creative ideas are optimally pitched to clients.

Creative Assets

1. Partners closely with the CCOs to ensure creative assets for key campaigns are developed to the highest quality possible to be press and jury-room-facing.
2. Assists CCOs and new businesses with case studies, information and assets related to the work.
3. Manages the list of recent award wins across MCN to use in promotional and new business material.
4. Communicates timely results of awards for social team and communications to develop appropriate assets for PR wins.
5. Responsible for managing the pipeline and status of creative work.

Internal Team Collaboration

1. Responsible for coordinating the creative Leadership counsel, arranging regular meetings, ensuring relevant follow-up and actions.
2. Ensures thorough cross-crediting of MCN agencies in award submissions.
3. Acts as point person to liaise with the global team.
