Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of campaigns and initiatives, ensuring exceptional creative experiences that elevate industry marketing standards.
  • Test, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI tools to streamline content creation and automate workflows, enhancing productivity
  • Adept at overseeing a production unit of graphic designers, motion designers, video editors and art directors to elevate and scale the creative for multiple products
  • Write a creative strategy and presentations derived from multi-stakeholder data and insights for multiple products and brands
  • Capable of building scalable designs in multi formats for variety of storytelling touchpoints and personalized journeys
  • Refine and manage creative templates and resources, ensuring they leverage AI for increased efficiency and dynamism. Offer use cases and demos for our partners.
  • Automate and standardize repetitive tasks within Figma and After Effects to enable creativity, utilizing AI where possible
  • Execute on concepts by turning them into high-quality work. Working on campaigns, print & digital, paid & organic social, email, OOH, and more.
  • Experience in A/B testing formats and creatives across digital ecosystems and owned media.
  • Create project schedules, effectively managing timelines from conception through successful launch and beyond, communicating milestones to key stakeholders.
  • Access reporting tools to analyze asset performance.
  • Reviewing artwork and video performance metrics (per platform), analyzing winning trends, and determining a path for better creativity.
  • Continue to proactively learn about product creative strategy and also be able to educate cross-functional partners and internal team members on the latest product developments.
  • Be a brand guardian and consistently work to articulate and execute on-brand communication in the company's tone, values, proposition and visual standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Production or Creative, in house or agency
  • A strong commitment to mentoring and skill development, capable of inspiring creativity and innovation within the team
  • A passion for technology news and events.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly Arabic and English speakers will be given preference
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations
  • Demonstrated experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper and MidJourney
  • Past experience or education in prompt engineering is a plus
  • Portfolio of work for review.
