Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, design, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency or similar creative environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful advertising campaigns and creative work across various media
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and creative software
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behaviour
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
