Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to be the Creative Lead on a technology and telecom account. The Creative Director will inspire, motivate, and provide direction to Art Directors in the conceptualization, design, and development of marketing strategies for assigned account(s) and assumes overall responsibility for the quality of their account's creative work and the targeting of strategy.
Qualifications
A robust portfolio that includes consumer-oriented digital work.
A deep understanding of digital experience marketing and website design.
Familiar with current design and collaboration tools, such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Invision.
Developed a brand before; you are familiar with the process for defining core guidelines, such as a photography style or brand voice.
Staff management skills with experience in handling direct reports.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple projects with total accuracy and attention to detail.
A team player in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
Excellent conceptual skills, as well as a deep understanding of production processes and requirements.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
You are comfortable giving copy feedback.
You are a highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude.
Solid verbal communication skills with experience presenting to all levels of clients and co-workers.
Candidates must be well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques.
Must possess a deep understanding in related creative tracks: design, interactive development, copywriting, and content strategy.
Must have been in a client-facing role and have project experience in working with teams on large scale, long-term projects.
Excellent writing skills.
