Job description

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Creative Head leads the creative strategy, design, and implementation of the marketing team's vision, driving innovative, brand-aligned content across all platforms. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing impactful campaigns, overseeing brand aesthetics, and ensuring creative consistency in line with business objectives. The Creative Head collaborates closely with marketing, digital, and content teams to produce effective visual storytelling that enhances brand awareness and customer engagement.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Strategic Planning and Ideation: Develop creative strategies and concepts for campaigns that align with the brand's identity and marketing objectives. Partner with cross-functional teams to establish clear direction and define project goals.
  2. Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the end-to-end process of campaign development, from concept through to final delivery. Oversee content production across multiple formats, including digital ads, social media, print, video, and branded materials.
  3. Creative Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, creative writers, content creators, and social media professionals while fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
  4. Brand Consistency and Evolution: Ensure all creative outputs are brand-compliant and maintain high quality across all channels. Drive brand evolution initiatives and adapt creative approaches to stay current with industry trends.
  5. Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to understand what resonates with the audience, making adjustments to improve engagement and effectiveness. Stay informed on competitor and market trends to incorporate fresh and relevant ideas.
  6. Resources and Budget Management: Oversee budget allocations for creative projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  7. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for creative briefs and align with marketing products and sales teams to ensure projects meet strategic objectives.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or related field is required.

Experience:

  1. 7 to 10 years in the creative field.
  2. Background in project management, with a focus on managing timeliness, budgets, and resources for large-scale creative initiatives.
  3. Industry-specific knowledge of current design, digital marketing, and social media trends.
  4. Well versed with Adobe Suite and software.
