Job Summary

We are seeking an award-winning Creative Director with over 12 years of experience to drive and elevate creative strategy, oversee execution across video production, art, and content, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align with client needs. Operating across our four-country media agency, the Creative Director will lead a high-performing team in creating impactful and innovative campaigns that drive results for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy & Development: Lead the strategy and creation of all creative campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across multiple channels.
  • Trend & Technology Integration: Stay current with trends and digital technologies, integrating new methods into creative strategies.
  • Production & Quality Management: Manage production timelines, vendor relationships, and cost control for high-quality output.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Engage with teams to gather creative requirements and deliver against briefs, including hands-on involvement for strategic projects.
  • Audience Insight & Market Understanding: Develop a deep knowledge of target audiences and client strategies to deliver high-quality, impactful campaigns.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with production and post-production teams to maintain content quality and effectiveness.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with Directors of Client Servicing, Technology, and Business to optimize agency processes.
  • Creative Concept Development: Realize creative strategy through mood boards, storyboards, mock-ups, and concept statements, setting the direction for client briefs.
  • Social Media Oversight: Guide social media artwork and assist teams on storytelling, using copy, imagery, and video for impactful client content marketing.
  • Project Leadership: Lead diverse projects for quality delivery, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Client Engagement: Represent the agency in client meetings, presenting creative strategies and campaign ideas.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead a talented, award-winning creative team and freelancers, fostering team alignment, goal setting, and development.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in creative roles within an agency environment, with a proven track record of award-winning campaigns.
  • Portfolio: A strong, award-winning portfolio showcasing design expertise and creativity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in visual design, UI design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
