Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-commerce Creative Designer with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design, banner design, and motion graphics. This individual will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing assets to enhance our online presence and drive engagement with our target audience.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design captivating graphics for our e-commerce platform, including banners, promotional materials, website assets, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Create dynamic motion graphics and animations to elevate the visual storytelling across various digital channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall user experience and drive conversion rates.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for easy access and future reference.
Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, banner design, and motion graphics, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
