Creative Designer

Alokozay Group of Companies is looking for a talented and driven Creative Designer to join our team. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to think outside the box, this role is perfect for you! The ideal candidate will create innovative campaign ideas, guide campaign direction, and design high-quality visuals using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Responsibilities:

1. Create Campaigns:

1. Develop fresh and unique ideas for marketing campaigns.

2. Provide creative direction for campaign visuals and materials.

1. Design Work:

1. Provide creative direction for campaign visuals and materials using Illustrator and Photoshop to produce high-quality, professional visuals.

2. Design content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and video graphics (if needed).

3. Work on website design and development, ensuring functionality and a seamless user experience.

4. Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.

1. Work with the Team:

1. Work closely with the marketing team and sales team to ensure designs meet business goals.

2. Accept and incorporate feedback to improve designs.

1. Trend Awareness:

1. Stay updated on the latest design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 5 years in a creative designer role (experience in branding packaging).
3. Skills:

1. Expertise in Adobe Creative (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

2. Knowledge of social media design trends and requirements.

3. Experience in web design.

1. Portfolio:

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including branding and packaging work.

1. Must be a creative, detail-oriented, and strong team player.

2. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

3. Priority for bilingual candidates (English & Arabic).
