Job Title: Creative Content Manager

Department: Marketing

Location: Dubai, U.A.E

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Content Manager to lead the development of marketing materials and digital content across various platforms. This role is ideal for a dynamic and innovative individual who is passionate about writing compelling content for project brochures, blogs, and other marketing materials, while also bringing fresh and engaging ideas to life on social media. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting creative content that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and aligns with our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Content Creation:

  • Develop and write clear, engaging, and creative content for marketing materials such as project brochures, newsletters, case studies, white papers, and blog posts.
  • Ensure that all content produced is in line with the brand's tone and messaging, maintaining consistency across different platforms.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to gather information and translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand, impactful content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure high-quality, error-free output that adheres to brand tone, voice, and style guidelines.

Social Media Content Development:

  • Produce innovative and attention-grabbing content for various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns to boost brand engagement, follower growth, and online visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and bring new ideas to life by incorporating the latest digital trends and techniques.

Trend Analysis and Strategy:

  • Keep a pulse on emerging trends in digital marketing and social media, leveraging insights to create forward-thinking content strategies.
  • Develop a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant publication of content across all channels.
  • Identify key performance metrics and monitor the effectiveness of content campaigns, adjusting strategies to meet targets.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work:

  • Work closely with designers and the wider team to ensure that content supports overall brand strategy, including visual design elements, SEO optimization, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and refine content based on audience insights and business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism
  • 4+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in content creation, marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to produce both creative and professional content, with proven results.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices to create engaging posts and campaigns.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing and social media content.
  • Familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools to measure content performance.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute to brainstorming sessions and work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with the real estate or luxury development industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide and inspire teams.
